What you will do
- Develop, coordinate, and sustain a baseline Records Management (RM) Plan in accordance with Army and DoD guidance.
- Oversee the organization's Records Management strategy and provide retention disposition guidance for physical and digital files.
- Create and deliver training and reference materials on records management for all personnel levels.
- Manage records using the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and Microsoft Purview.
- Develop and document standard procedures for storage, retrieval, dissemination, and disposal of records.
- Ensure adherence to Army Knowledge Management Principles and AR 25-1 guidelines.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
- Comprehensive understanding of Army and DoD records management retention policies and legal aspects.
- Proficiency with ARIMS, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
- Experience with taxonomies, metadata, and content tagging using manual and automated tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
Nice to have
- Project management experience, including requirements gathering and formal documentation.
- Previous experience supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
