What you will do

  • Develop, coordinate, and sustain a baseline Records Management (RM) Plan in accordance with Army and DoD guidance.
  • Oversee the organization's Records Management strategy and provide retention disposition guidance for physical and digital files.
  • Create and deliver training and reference materials on records management for all personnel levels.
  • Manage records using the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) and Microsoft Purview.
  • Develop and document standard procedures for storage, retrieval, dissemination, and disposal of records.
  • Ensure adherence to Army Knowledge Management Principles and AR 25-1 guidelines.

Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Army and DoD records management retention policies and legal aspects.
  • Proficiency with ARIMS, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, and Office 365.
  • Experience with taxonomies, metadata, and content tagging using manual and automated tools.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.

Nice to have

  • Project management experience, including requirements gathering and formal documentation.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S. Army or Department of Defense (DoD) customers.
