What you will do

• Create, maintain, and process ACH, wire transactions, and Remote Deposit Capture items
• Manage exception processing, including stop payments, non-posts, and overdrafts
• Handle client service requests for deposits, official checks, and fee refunds
• Perform account maintenance and fulfillment activities, such as updating client information
• Conduct research for internal and external clients regarding deposit servicing transactions
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and partner with teams to identify and mitigate fraud risks

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree preferred
• 1 year of banking operations experience
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits and EEO compliance)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with FIS or other bank operations platforms
• Experience with Fedline Advantage
• Prior customer service experience
