What you will do
- Process client information and maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.
- Prepare draft financial plans and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Manage client requests, resolve inquiries, and keep documentation up to date.
- Finalize and track all client account paperwork and fund transfer requests.
- Gather customer suitability information and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with Lead Advisors to optimize operational workflows.
Requirements
- Securities registration (6/63, 7/66, or 7/63 & 65) or Life, Health, and Annuity registration required.
- Degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
- Ability to pass a background check and FINRA fingerprinting process.
