Location: Hybrid: Toronto, Ontario (4 days per week in-office)

Salary: $26.09 - 38.11 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule complex interview panels across multiple time zones for various roles and levels.
• Manage virtual and on-site logistics, including room booking and visitor access.
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
• Administer the Employee Referral Program, tracking referrals and processing bonuses.
• Maintain data integrity within Lever ATS and assist with recruiting metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with recruiters to post openings across various job boards and social platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience (including internships) in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lever ATS or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS.
• Proficiency with Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, and Instagram for recruitment marketing.
• Previous experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
