Location: Hybrid: Toronto, Ontario (4 days per week in-office)
Salary: $26.09 - 38.11 CAD per hour

What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule complex interview panels across multiple time zones for various roles and levels.
- Manage virtual and on-site logistics, including room booking and visitor access.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional and seamless experience.
- Administer the Employee Referral Program, tracking referrals and processing bonuses.
- Maintain data integrity within Lever ATS and assist with recruiting metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with recruiters to post openings across various job boards and social platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience (including internships) in recruiting coordination or HR support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lever ATS or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Familiarity with Dayforce HRIS.
- Proficiency with Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, and Instagram for recruitment marketing.
- Previous experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
