What you will do

• Lead teams to build, deliver, and manage SaaS environments for ServiceNow FSM capabilities.
• Manage overall work effort, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with DoD sponsors and stakeholders to define project charters, scopes, and goals.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and service delivery improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or Business Administration.
• PMP or PMI ACP certification required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing ServiceNow FSM platform implementations.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology and experience leading web application teams.
