TL;DR

Senior Director, Digital Experience Strategy (MarTech): Leading the strategic overhaul and modernization of enterprise brand websites to deliver intuitive, customer-centered experiences with an accent on CMS strategy, UX/UI direction, and martech integration. Location: Hybrid based out of Deerfield, IL

Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation, redesign, and modernization of major brand websites.
  • Oversee CMS platform strategy, selection, and management of agency and vendor partners.
  • Develop and manage digital roadmaps, budgets, and governance models across a multi-brand portfolio.
  • Optimize digital performance using analytics, CRO, personalization, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Direct a multidisciplinary team covering website experience, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, and AI-enabled marketing.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM, CDP, and media platforms to enable personalized lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or website platform leadership within enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale website redesigns or replatforming initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and web architecture.
  • Expertise in martech stacks, including component-based or headless CMS, CRM, and CDP integrations.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Deerfield, IL on a hybrid schedule.
  • Portfolio including case studies of enterprise digital initiatives is required.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or Information Systems.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or DTC multi-brand organizations.
  • Experience building modular website ecosystems for multiple regions.
