What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the shopping platform.
• Translate business and user requirements into detailed product stories for engineering teams.
• Manage sprint planning, capacity planning, and cross-team execution.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and customer impact.
• Lead A/B testing strategies and leverage analytics to guide product decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers while ensuring alignment across initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in digital or software environments.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience in eCommerce platforms, payment systems, and promotional tooling.
• Proven ability to manage and develop product management teams.
