What you will do

• Perform first-line fault diagnosis and repairs on hirify.global and competitor equipment.
• Execute regular calibration and maintenance tasks according to company processes.
• Maintain detailed daily records and produce comprehensive technical reports.
• Manage on-site issues using the e-case system and escalate when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure all work is fully documented and compliant with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum HND level in engineering (Mechatronics/Electrical) or equivalent experience.
• Full Driving License required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work unsupervised under pressure.
• Automotive or electrical engineering background.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client-facing communication.
• Willingness to travel for training purposes.
