What you will do

• Repair, service, and troubleshoot gaming terminals in Licensed Betting Offices, Pubs, and Adult Gaming Centres.
• Ensure service call responses meet company and customer SLA targets.
• Execute machine installations, removals, and pre-wiring as required.
• Manage part replacement and complete administration documentation in a timely manner.
• Safeguard company assets and adhere to Health and Safety at Work policies.
• Perform Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence (Deal-breaker)
• Excellent organization, communication, and process skills.
• High motivation to work in a fast-paced environment driven by customer expectations.
• Ability to achieve all key performance targets and provide high-level customer care.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in field service or hardware repair (training is provided if not experienced).
