What you will do

• Manage architecture and engineering vendors throughout design and construction phases.
• Monitor field construction to identify and resolve discrepancies between drawings and design intent.
• Develop design strategies to achieve quality deliverables within schedule and budget constraints.
• Coordinate between architecture, engineering, and ride/show vendors.
• Prepare progress reports and manage contractual obligations, including change negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
• Extensive turn-key project experience within the entertainment or theme park industry.
• Proven supervisory and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
