What you will do

• Lead, develop, and manage a team of five regional and global HRBPs.
• Set standards for HRBP quality, scope ownership, and proactive business partnership.
• Coach team members on complex cases including performance management and organizational change.
• Act as a senior HRBP for specific business areas and partner with the HR Director on people strategy.
• Drive global HR initiatives across compensation, performance, and manager effectiveness.
• Represent the HRBP function in leadership forums and influence cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including senior or global scope.
• 2–3 years of experience managing or leading HR/HRBP teams.
• Proven track record in performance management, organizational design, and manager development.
• Data-informed decision-making skills with the ability to challenge narratives.
• Fluent in English (all business communications and meetings are in English).
• Experience in remote-first, multinational tech or consulting environments.
