What you will do

  • Reinvent headcount planning, monthly scheduling, and intraday management with efficient operational tooling.
  • Lead the deprecation of third-party WFM tools by designing and deploying an in-house automated solution.
  • Rework back-office workflows for maximum efficiency and automate performance-data collection.
  • Drive the QA roadmap by building automated tools and friction-free workflows for auditing customer journeys.
  • Design centralized, automated data dashboards blending QA, WFM, and productivity data into actionable insights.
  • Implement automated cost efficiency models tracking cost per task and staff overheads.
  • Manage change processes for tech updates and automate feedback loops between QA and business stakeholders.
  • Align internal stakeholders and lead cross-departmental technical projects ensuring operational buy-in.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work with teams across Bulgaria, Gibraltar, Malta, Philippines, Poland, and Romania
  • Experience in operational tooling, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong skills in data dashboard design and cost efficiency modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage change and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving QA automation and performance data collection.
