Customer Success & AI Ops Manager (AI): Optimizing customer success processes and integrating AI-driven workflows to enhance team efficiency and proactive service with an accent on data-driven decision-making and automation. Focus on identifying operational bottlenecks, building AI-supported tools, and consulting across the broader customer experience organization to drive scalable growth.

Location: Hybrid role based in Vilnius, Lithuania (with remote work possibilities).

Salary: Starting from €2,500 gross/month.

What you will do

  • Review and optimize Customer Success processes, tools, and workflows to eliminate manual inefficiencies.
  • Build and maintain AI-supported workflows, internal agents, and outreach automation.
  • Analyze customer data to identify risks, portfolio gaps, and team performance opportunities.
  • Consult with broader CX teams to identify AI opportunities and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Educate teams on practical AI use cases and responsible, efficient AI adoption.
  • Maintain clear documentation for CS processes and operational assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and scalable process design.
  • Data literacy with experience in dashboards, reporting, and customer metrics.
  • Ability to explain AI concepts in a practical, accessible way to non-technical team members.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Superset, Gong, Slite, or AI platforms like ChatGPT/Claude.
  • Practical mindset focused on testing, learning, and delivering measurable results.
