What you will do

• Develop and lead the product management function, guiding the company's evolution into a scalable, product-focused software organization.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising Product Managers, Product Systems Engineers, and Technical Writers.
• Define and maintain product roadmaps while driving the prioritization of development activities.
• Ensure close alignment between business strategy, market needs, and product investment decisions.
• Establish product management as the consolidated driver of product scope and development priorities.
• Create effective stakeholder feedback loops across Marketing, Sales, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience leading product management, systems engineering, or product engineering teams in air traffic management or similar mission-critical domains.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap ownership in safety-critical or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to align technical, commercial, and operational perspectives while managing complex stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must pass a security vetting process based on current security protection regulations.
