Technical Product Manager (Electrical and Automation): Owning and developing a global portfolio of OEM electrical and automation components with an accent on standardization, supplier collaboration, compliance, and stakeholder support. Focus on managing component lifecycles, defining portfolio strategy, improving supplier quality, and deploying competitive standardized products across Packaging, Processing, and Services.

What you will do
- Select electrical and automation components for the OEM portfolio and drive standardization across the business.
- Manage the component portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including product information, documentation, compliance, and deployment.
- Lead technical discussions with suppliers on specifications and collaborate with Supplier Management to improve quality.
- Provide technical support and product training to internal stakeholders across Packaging, Processing, Services, Project organization, and Development & Technology.
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies and targets based on business needs, external trends, and long-term business objectives.
- Improve portfolio processes, information availability, communication, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in engineering, or comparable work experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Technical knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering and automation.
- Experience in technical product or portfolio management.
- Strong stakeholder management, networking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluent English is required.
