What you will do

• Design and own the end-to-end direct mail acquisition strategy and roadmap for scale.
• Manage data partnerships and collaborate with Data Science to develop propensity models.
• Own creative strategy, including form factors and messaging, with a rigorous A/B testing agenda.
• Manage print vendors and negotiate pricing to hit CPP targets.
• Define send volumes and cadence based on marginal profitability analysis.
• Present program performance and forward-looking strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct response marketing experience with 5+ years specifically in direct mail.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale acquisition programs, ideally with $20M+ annual spend.
• Deep expertise in direct mail economics, including CPP targets and cost structures.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with AI tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
