What you will do

• Write headlines, hooks, and CTAs for paid social and display ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop copy-driven test hypotheses and partner with performance managers to analyze and document results.
• Create subject lines and body copy for trigger-based and broadcast email campaigns.
• Iterate on CRO-focused landing page copy to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
• Write persuasive direct mail copy for envelopes, letters, and inserts.
• Ensure all copy adheres to financial services compliance and legal constraints without sacrificing conversion.

Requirements

• Proven track record in direct response copywriting with accountability to performance metrics.
• Fluency across multiple channels: paid social, email, landing pages, and direct mail.
• Experience writing in highly regulated industries and working within compliance constraints.
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate drafting and iteration.
• Must be based in the United States.
