What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered CX products, aligning investments with business goals.
• Identify high-impact opportunities using customer support and operational data to improve efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Engineering to build AI tools, automation capabilities, and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to define success metrics and measure business impact.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in AI, platform products, customer experience, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Analytical skills to interpret performance data and prioritize based on impact.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
