What you will do

• Shape the near-term roadmap and long-term vision for AI/ML features like Game Review, Play Coach, and FairPlay.
• Operate in a public, async environment, making decisive calls and building alignment across global teams.
• Partner deeply with engineering to define technical approaches, write crisp specs, and drive execution.
• Define success metrics and quality bars for AI features, balancing qualitative feedback with quantitative model performance.
• Use AI tools to prototype, de-risk, and pressure-test ideas before full engineering investment.
• Engage with leadership and peers to refine product strategy and build a shared vision.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including 4+ years shipping consumer-facing AI/ML products.
• Technical fluency with the ability to reason about pipelines, data, and AI-assisted code.
• High-velocity communication skills, with a focus on written, async collaboration.
• Deep understanding of hirify.global and the needs of players at different skill levels.
• Ability to work with substantial overlap in US Eastern and Pacific time zones.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and shipping products without precedent.

• Experience building working prototypes as a basis for team discussions.
