Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for AI accelerators and starter kits to ensure scalability across business units.
• Manage multiple concurrent BU enablement engagements, acting as the primary product lead.
• Design and evolve reusable enablement approaches and templates to reduce dependency on manual support.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to ship reusable AI capabilities and frameworks.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and overall product health.
• Establish standards for responsible AI, governance, and centralized knowledge practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience delivering platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or shared services.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI assistants or automation tools to improve team workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively in hybrid product and consulting environments.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, and roadmap leadership skills across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building or scaling internal platforms or developer tools.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, workflow automation, or LLM-based products.
• Experience working with self-service enablement models that scale adoption across teams.
