What you will do

• Lead and mentor a talented, agile full-stack engineering team.
• Establish and enforce gold standards for development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Design leads to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions within a cross-functional environment.
• Participate in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and post-mortem analysis.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a formal or informal leadership/management capacity.
• Mandatory experience in Kotlin, Golang, or Java, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in architecting modern web and mobile applications with cloud-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
