What you will do

• Develop detailed technical specifications for RAS systems based on global best practices and local feasibility.
• Design and operationalize closed fish farming systems specifically tailored to Iraq’s context.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of RAS systems, ensuring all components are installed, tested, and operational.
• Coordinate with hirify.global regional and HQ experts as well as the Program Management Unit.
• Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on RAS and sustainable aquaculture for fish farmers and extension officers.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or a related field.
• Must be eligible for National Project Personnel (NPP) status in Iraq.
• Proven experience in capacity building and stakeholder engagement.
• Work experience in more than one location or area of work.
• Strong results focus and adherence to high standards of professional conduct.
