What you will do

• Shape and embed a clear value and adoption approach for Group Data & Analytics to ensure focus on right priorities.
• Develop and improve the data operating model, aligning ways of working and governance with the group strategy.
• Drive the adoption of scalable data and analytics products across various international markets.
• Create transparency around value, progress, risks, and dependencies to enable better strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop a strategic team, including Data Demand Owners, Business Strategy Leads, and Analytics Translators.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to execute data strategies.
• Background in Product Management or similar product-led roles.
• Deep understanding and experience of data foundations, analytics, and AI.
• Expertise in change management, talent management, and workforce development.
• Proven experience in programme planning, prioritization, and issue escalation.
• Based in or able to work from Stockholm, Edinburgh or Amsterdam.
