What you will do

• Accountable for the maturation and delivery of customer features into current and future vehicle programs to sign-off level.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery steps to ensure features are integrated into vehicles and test assets according to plan.
• Manage the bring-up of features and systems on test assets.
• Maintain the Mainline Integration Plan (MIP) within JIRA and produce weekly consolidated integration reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical and timing integration problems.
• Support the Technical Group Lead in the delivery of integrated software to vehicle programs.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of the Systems Design Life Cycle including architecture development, requirements specification, and system acceptance.
• Proven experience in engineering product delivery using project management techniques and Agile methodology.
• Strong technical project management skills with experience delivering complex mechatronic systems at a whole vehicle integration level.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and analysis tools such as CANalyzer and Wireshark.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence delivery teams across engineering functions.
• Degree level education preferred.
