What you will do

• Lead all construction activities for the Stability Island scope, including the turbine train, generator, and E-House.
• Coordinate discipline Superintendents (E&I, Mechanical, Piping, Steelwork) to ensure a single integrated workfront.
• Manage installation subcontractors and major vendors (MAN, Baker Hughes, BRUSH) against scope and quality obligations.
• Enforce a zero-harm safety culture, owning RAMS approval, Permit to Work coordination, and SIMOPS management.
• Drive the construction programme and risk register to identify constraints and protect critical path activities.
• Oversee the receipt, preservation, and installation readiness of major mechanical equipment.

Requirements

• Substantial multi-discipline construction management experience on large-scale onshore EPC projects in energy, power, or petrochemical sectors.
• Proven track record at Lead Superintendent or Construction Manager level on projects of comparable scale.
• Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 duties as Principal Contractor and experience with NEC4 contract conditions.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Manager / Black Card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Sound understanding of relevant mechanical, piping, and electrical standards (e.g., ASME B31.3, BS 7671).
