What you will do

• Prepare monthly divisional and consolidated management accounts with commercial variance reporting.
• Lead the annual audit process and prepare statutory accounts under IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage technical financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations to ensure ledger integrity.
• Manage the financial reporting team and oversee VAT returns.
• Support budgeting and forecasting while driving process innovation for efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA).
• At least 3 years post-qualification experience in financial accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience managing complex audits and inventory.
• Confidence and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, GB.

• Experience with NetSuite financial accounting software.
