Location: Hybrid (Nottingham, UK) - 40% office presence required

What you will do

  • Manage capex forecasting, governance, and analysis to ensure effective capital deployment.
  • Coordinate financial reporting for the hirify.global Limited Board, including dividend and wind-down reserve calculations.
  • Partner with GFS, Payroll, Tax, Treasury, and Group Financial Reporting to maintain an ICFR-compliant and FCA-regulated framework.
  • Oversee the integrity of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows, conducting reviews with business units and the Regional CFO.
  • Lead year-end close and audit processes, focusing on journals and intangibles.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant with post-qualified experience (ideally from Big 4).
  • Strong technical accounting skills and ability to conduct research for financial conclusions.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders in both finance and non-finance functions.
  • Experience in end-to-end project management and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial issues.
