What you will do

• Support new factory onboarding and communicate company requirements to suppliers.
• Organize and review human rights audits and help assign risk ratings.
• Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by updating records and generating reports.
• Track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, NGOs, and external stakeholders to support remediation activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong interest in human rights, labour rights, or ethical trade.
• Entry-level experience, internships, or placements in sustainability, retail, NGO, or consultancy.
• Basic understanding of ethical trade standards (e.g., ETI Base Code is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel if required.
• Must be based in London, UK.
