What you will do

• Direct people management, organizational design, and talent development to foster a high-performance team.
• Shape and execute bakery category strategies by identifying market opportunities and threats.
• Lead the development of new products and align R&D initiatives with business goals.
• Act as a technical expert for customers, providing on-site support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Management to ensure seamless product handovers and compliance.
• Manage laboratory operations, technical documentation, and adherence to safety and GMP policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science required, Master of Science in food science preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in R&D.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in standard Windows operating systems.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
