What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for patients struggling with substance use disorders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive patient treatment plans and clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services while coordinating care with community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive follow-up counseling as needed.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to federal, state, and accrediting agency standards.
• Participate in staff training and contribute to program policy implementation.

Requirements

• Active LADC, ADC, or ADC-T license in the state of Minnesota is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professional judgment.
• Capacity to work effectively in stressful situations and seek supervisory guidance when necessary.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all regulatory and certification requirements.
