What you will do
- Manage a personal caseload end-to-end, planning and prioritising your diary to meet service and customer needs.
- Deliver holistic biopsychosocial assessments considering medical, psychological, and occupational factors.
- Develop, implement, and review vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
- Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments and build strong member relationships.
- Work with claims assessors, employers, advisers, and external providers to achieve best outcomes.
- Maintain clinical governance, documentation, and professional practice within insurance frameworks.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist with relevant NMC or HCPC registration.
- Experience in case management, occupational health, or vocational rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage competing priorities.
- Confidence managing your own diary, workload, and deadlines.
- Experience applying a biopsychosocial approach in practice.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and clinical report writing skills.
