What you will do

  • Manage a personal caseload end-to-end, planning and prioritising your diary to meet service and customer needs.
  • Deliver holistic biopsychosocial assessments considering medical, psychological, and occupational factors.
  • Develop, implement, and review vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
  • Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face assessments and build strong member relationships.
  • Work with claims assessors, employers, advisers, and external providers to achieve best outcomes.
  • Maintain clinical governance, documentation, and professional practice within insurance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist with relevant NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Experience in case management, occupational health, or vocational rehabilitation.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence managing your own diary, workload, and deadlines.
  • Experience applying a biopsychosocial approach in practice.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and clinical report writing skills.
