What you will do
- Lead global FP&A processes including budget KPIs, reforecasting, and performance commentary.
- Manage M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
- Partner with regional heads and global functions to support corporate strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure high-quality financial reporting, including consolidations, transfer pricing, and intercompany eliminations.
- Provide cross-functional financial analysis and support for the Executive Committee.
- Manage and mentor the FP&A team to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Must hold a valid work permit for the country of residence within Europe.
- Proven track record in M&A, including due diligence and integration processes.
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools, specifically Excel, BI, and Oracle ERP.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and global compliance frameworks.
Nice to have
- CFA or ACCA certification.
- Experience with US GAAP.
