Global Financial Controller (Business Assurance)

What you will do

• Lead global FP&A processes including budget KPIs, reforecasting, and performance commentary.
• Manage M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
• Partner with regional heads and global functions to support corporate strategies and decision-making.
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting, including consolidations, transfer pricing, and intercompany eliminations.
• Provide cross-functional financial analysis and support for the Executive Committee.
• Manage and mentor the FP&A team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional environments.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Must hold a valid work permit for the country of residence within Europe.
• Proven track record in M&A, including due diligence and integration processes.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools, specifically Excel, BI, and Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and global compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• CFA or ACCA certification.
• Experience with US GAAP.
