What you will do
- Lead and manage the customer fulfillment process and the end-to-end customer service cycle for assigned branch territories.
- Provide technical guidance on chemical grouping, disposal options, and compliance with RCRA & DOT regulations.
- Create Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) and manage the waste approval process with internal and 3rd party TSDFs.
- Develop detailed work orders and tickets to ensure operations teams have an accurate understanding of the job.
- Review post-shipment processes to resolve discrepancies and ensure TSDF acceptance and accurate invoicing.
- Collaborate with billing and quoting teams to support new service categories and customer invoicing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and fulfillment.
- Experience in waste management and disposal.
- High School diploma required; degree in science, mathematics, or business preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Azusa, CA, USA.
