Hiring: Senior IGA Engineer / Architect (SailPoint & Identity Governance

Greater London (Hybrid/Remote). Max salary for an Engineer - £80,000 (more urgent placement) Max salary for an Architect - £100,000.

We’re looking for an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional to join a growing consulting practice delivering cutting-edge IAM solutions to high-profile clients. This role is open at Senior Engineer or Architect level , depending on your experience and career goals.

What you’ll be doing: Searching for Devops roles that provide visa sponsorship? Connect with international employers through Devops Jobs with Visa Sponsorship opportunities actively seeking talented professionals. • Designing and delivering IGA solutions (SailPoint-focused) • Implementing identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC, SoD, certifications) • Integrating identity platforms with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications • Supporting authentication initiatives (SSO, MFA, passwordless) • Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Producing high-quality documentation and contributing to best practices • Mentoring junior team members and troubleshooting complex IAM issues
