Senior IAM Developer (One Identity)

TL;DR

Senior IAM Developer (One Identity): Designing and maintaining corporate Identity and Access Management solutions with an accent on custom scripts, connectors, and identity governance. Focus on optimizing identity lifecycles, implementing least-privilege access, and integrating diverse identity sources like Active Directory and HR systems.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office); Must be based in or be able to commute to Livingston, London (Osterley or Brick Lane)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain IAM solutions in One Identity Manager, including custom scripts and connectors for AD, LDAP, and HR systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions meeting business requirements, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and change compliance.
• Maintain the IAM platform through timely upgrades, audits, and by addressing security gaps.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM best practices and mentor team members.
• Work autonomously on complex projects and support evidence gathering for audits based on NIST and NCSC standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with One Identity and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tools.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Expertise in TSQL, PowerShell, Bash, and Web APIs (SOAP, REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with cloud directory services such as Azure AD and GSuite.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, and CIS.
