TL;DR
IAM Platform Manager (Cybersecurity): Owning and managing the One Identity Manager platform across Sky’s UK, Italy, and Germany operations with an accent on platform stability, scalability, governance, and identity lifecycle management. Focus on leading the platform roadmap, overseeing upgrades and feature adoption, managing vendors, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working 2 days per week in the office. Office bases are Livingston, Brick Lane in London, or Osterley in London, United Kingdom.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with the IAM strategy.
  • Lead the platform roadmap, oversee upgrades, and drive feature adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize identity lifecycle processes for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
  • Work with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to improve the IAM experience.
  • Drive platform governance and continuous improvement across hirify.global Group.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or similar enterprise IAM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, including APIs and connectors, and directory services including AD and LDAP.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Experience defining and implementing platform governance frameworks.
  • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of VB.NET or scripting for OIM customization.
  • Experience in large-scale, multi-geography environments.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX, as well as audit processes.
