IAM Platform Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in a UK office. Office bases include Livingston, Brick Lane in London, and Osterley.

What you will do

• Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with the IAM strategy.
• Lead the platform roadmap, upgrades, feature adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize identity lifecycle processes for joiners, movers, and leavers across hirify.global Group.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including audit expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical and business teams.
• Manage platform governance, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
• Familiarity with APIs, connectors, Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Experience defining and implementing platform governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder communication, influence, and vendor management skills.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-geography environments and understanding GDPR, SOX, and audit processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VB.NET or scripting for OIM customization.
