Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid requirement of 2 days per week in the office (Livingston, London, or Osterley).

What you will do

• Own and manage the One Identity Manager (OIM) platform, ensuring its stability and alignment with IAM strategy.
• Lead the platform roadmap, oversee upgrades, and drive feature adoption.
• Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements like GDPR and SOX.
• Optimize identity lifecycle processes including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver IAM services.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear business language for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or similar enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, connectors, and directory services (AD, LDAP).
• Experience defining and implementing platform governance frameworks.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work in the UK and attend the office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VB.NET or scripting for OIM customization.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-geography environments.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX) and audit processes.
