Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid requirement of 2 days per week in the office (Livingston, London, or Osterley).

What you will do
- Own and manage the One Identity Manager (OIM) platform, ensuring its stability and alignment with IAM strategy.
- Lead the platform roadmap, oversee upgrades, and drive feature adoption.
- Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements like GDPR and SOX.
- Optimize identity lifecycle processes including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver IAM services.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear business language for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or similar enterprise IAM platforms.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, connectors, and directory services (AD, LDAP).
- Experience defining and implementing platform governance frameworks.
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Must be able to work in the UK and attend the office 2 days per week.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of VB.NET or scripting for OIM customization.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-geography environments.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, SOX) and audit processes.
