What you will do

• Develop tools, automations, and frameworks to connect compensation, performance, and workforce planning.
• Support strategic initiatives including pay equity, compensation cycles, STIP, LTIP, and organizational redesign.
• Translate complex business questions into structured models and decision frameworks.
• Identify and redesign repetitive, low-value processes using AI-enabled solutions.
• Codify compensation philosophy and decision logic into scalable systems.
• Contribute to the internal AI assistant's knowledge architecture and workflow integration.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in analytical, operational, consulting, or transformation-oriented roles.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with operational execution skills.
• Active use of AI tooling to improve productivity and automate workflows.
• Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and knowledge management tools.
• Ability to work independently and build solutions proactively.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Nice to have

• Background in Compensation, Workforce Planning, People Analytics, FP&A, or HR Technology.
