What you will do
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to provide strategic advice on AI regulations.
- Support new product launches and multi-market roll-outs for customer experience features.
- Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials to ensure compliance.
- Translate evolving regulations into actionable, product-ready requirements.
- Develop and enhance frameworks consistent with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Conduct horizon-scanning and manage BAU compliance activities.
Requirements
- Experience in AI and/or regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations within a business context.
- Background in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, or strategy consultancy.
- Deep understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in the UK.
