TL;DR
Senior Business Systems Manager (SaaS): Designing and governing internal data flows and cross-functional platforms for an accounting software suite with an accent on system architecture, integration governance, and G&A domain optimization. Location: Hybrid in South Jordan, UT (M, W, F in-office)

What you will do
- Own administration and architecture for cross-functional platforms including Zuora, Stripe, Asana, Pendo, and Rippling.
- Design data models, system specifications, and process flows from scratch based on stakeholder input.
- Manage the integration layer to ensure reliable, documented, and governed data flows between systems.
- Develop the internal systems roadmap and serve as the single intake point for automation and tool evaluations.
- Partner with Finance, RevOps, and BI to resolve data integrity issues and define systems of record.
- Govern vendor procurement, license management, and renewals across all platforms.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, product ownership, or program management within a SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for diagnosing data integrity issues.
- Ability to personally produce technical artifacts such as ERDs and flow diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with Zuora.

- Proven experience with Salesforce, Pendo, Rippling, and Stripe.

Hiring process
