Director, Pricing (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Define and execute the pricing strategy for 15+ markets across Foodora, Foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti brands.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including the integration of AI and automation solutions.
• Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining fair price perception.
• Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross-functional teams and local markets.
• Own the achievement of customer fee P&L line items totaling hundreds of millions of Euros.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 pricing managers and analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, top-tier consultancy, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Proven experience with SQL and Python/R for delivering efficient solutions in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills within complex or matrixed organizations.
• Proactive problem-solver mindset with a track record of tackling complex tasks autonomously.
