What you will do

• Analyze and optimize the user journey from registration to full product value utilization.
• Develop data gathering strategies to generate insights for improving user experience.
• Collaborate with product teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure an intuitive learning curve.
• Work closely with customer support and success teams to align efforts with customer experience goals.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept and deliver product demos to customers.
• Participate in trade shows and provide technical support and guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States for remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and conduct technical demos and POCs.
