What you will do

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for investment accounting.
• Map data from varied systems into a standardized data model to ensure structural integrity.
• Develop complex SQL queries and support ETL processes for high-performance data loading.
• Create models optimized for portfolio analytics, performance attribution, and investor reporting.
• Define data definitions, lineage, and metadata standards to ensure data quality and auditability.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Product Management teams to elevate data hub capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data modelling and reporting within financial services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a reporting and analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Familiarity with investment reporting systems such as Geneva, Mantra, Investran, or Yardi.
