What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to influence strategy through deep analytical insights.
• Lead high-impact analytical initiatives from problem definition to implementation.
• Build models to optimize trade-offs across risk, pricing, and profitability.
• Design and evaluate experiments, including pricing and conversion optimization.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Deliver executive-level recommendations to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale product or transactional datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics, experimentation, or modeling.
• Experience in product analytics, decision science, and building analytical frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working within product organizations at technology or fintech companies.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or risk-related domains.
