What you will do
- Manage daily client portfolio maintenance, including processing lifecycle events and restructurings.
- Review and set up new securities and deals with relevant attributes.
- Provide reporting services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the client operations team during the valuation cycle.
- Perform periodic position substantiation for assigned portfolios.
- Interact directly with clients regarding complex loan administration matters.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Halifax, NS, Canada.
- Working level competency with MS Office.
- Educational background in a numeric field.
- Experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or accounting is an asset.
- Familiarity with loans, credit, or bonds is an advantage.
