What you will do

• Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports for sales teams.
• Enter expense data accurately into Concur and Salesforce systems.
• Build monitoring and trending reports to support the Sales T&E Manager.
• Liaise with sales teams and internal departments to ensure efficient expense management.
• Maintain contact management records within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 months of administrative experience, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services or mutual fund industry.
• IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Knowledge of NI 81-105.
