Lead Business Consultant (Fintech): Facilitating the streamlining of investment decisions, accounting, and operations for major global financial institutions with an accent on IT systems, processes, and financial knowledge. Location: Hybrid - working from SimCorp’s office two days a week.

Salary: $133,000 - $170,000 (New York City) or $129,420 – 160,000 CAD (Toronto)

What you will do

• Responsibility for major parts of SimCorp Dimension® implementation projects.
• Cooperate closely with the project manager and play a key role in developing projects to success.
• Serve as a key contact for customers for all questions in connection with SimCorp Dimension®.
• Instruct and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Prepare requirement specifications for enhancements to our product management.
• Actively participate in know-how exchange with colleagues on an international level.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an Analyst or (Implementation) Consultant for asset managers, asset owners, banks or consulting firms.
• Excellent know-how in at least two of the following areas: Performance measurement and attribution, Risk management (market and liquidity), Regulatory topics, Instrument valuation and analytics (theoretical pricing), Portfolio management , Trading and order management, Compliance.
• Ideally, have SimCorp Dimension® experience or be familiar with implementing and configuring financial software.
• Independent and analytical way of working.
• Very good communication and consulting skills.
• Team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
• Readiness to travel.

Nice to have

• CFA, CIPM, FRM or other relevant certifications/designations are desirable.
