What you will do

• Review and load financial data from Private Equity clients into internal accounting systems.
• Prepare and review consolidations across investment structures using specific consolidation rules.
• Manage fund expenses, journal entries, and third-party reconciliations for cash and investments.
• Calculate and prepare capital call and distribution notices, including management fees and carried interest.
• Prepare investor allocations and NAV packages according to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure timely delivery of financial reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification is required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Halifax, NS, Canada.
• Experience with private equity or private debt is preferred.
• Proficiency with the Investran platform is a value-add.
