What you will do

• Develop schedules of Temporary Works requirements and coordinate with client and BUK management team.
• Oversee the preparation of suitable temporary works designs and ensure they are checked for safety and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with temporary works by way of RAMS.
• Monitor the erection and use of temporary works to ensure they are built and maintained correctly.
• Liaise with designers, engineers, site teams, and other contractors to ensure temporary works don't compromise the main construction.
• Maintain records of designs, checks, and any alterations to temporary works.

Requirements

• Experience in managing temporary works, including temporary village, power, lighting, fencing, access, structures, scaffolding, formwork, and shoring.
• Knowledge of design and safety standards for temporary works.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments related to temporary works.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, engineers, site teams, and other contractors.
• Authority to stop work if temporary works are not satisfactory or safe.
