What you will do

• Lead and grow the IT & MLOps organization, managing two specialized teams and their respective Heads.
• Define and execute the overall IT strategy, covering workplace technology, SaaS administration, and vendor management.
• Build MLOps infrastructure for researchers and engineers, including reproducible pipelines, data versioning, and CI/CD for ML.
• Oversee internal infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring reliability and security.
• Drive security controls and compliance efforts, specifically ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Act as an operational partner to the COO, owning the roadmap, budget, and KPIs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing managers and structuring multi-team organizations.
• Strong foundation in IT operations, Cloud/Infrastructure (IaC), and Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in MLOps, including experiment tracking and observability in research environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to operate effectively across a diverse organization of PhD researchers and hardware engineers.
• Strong execution discipline regarding roadmap ownership and budget management.

Nice to have

• Experience in deeptech, quantum, semiconductor, aerospace, or HPC environments.
• Experience supporting scientific computing (GPU/CPU clusters, SLURM, Kubernetes).
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of AI tooling governance and secure adoption of LLM tools.
