What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the refinishing of Monster Jam truck bodies.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for job completion.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards and specifications.
• Train staff members in painting crafts, processing tasks, and the operation of equipment.
• Manage paint supply inventory and process all necessary supply orders.
• Implement and enforce EPA and OSHA policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.) or 1-3 years of related professional automotive painting experience.
• Proficiency in the art of airbrush and hand lettering.
• Knowledge of water-borne paint techniques.
• Valid driver's license and mandatory passport for domestic and international travel.
• Ability to work extended hours with varied start and finish times.
